Jennifer Okcular Graduates from the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL - Jennifer E. Okcular, a shareholder of Nelson & Nelson, P.A. in North Miami Beach, Florida, has graduated from Class II of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

 

Jennifer successfully completed three two-day sessions over seven months; the in-depth educational presentations on trust and estate law were taught by ACTEC Fellows.

 

Jennifer graduated first in her class from Stetson University College of Law in 2004 and later attended the University of Florida Graduate Tax Program, where she graduated in the top ten in her class in 2005. Jennifer was admitted to the Florida Bar in April of 2005 and joined the firm of Nelson & Nelson, P.A. as an associate in 2006 where she became a shareholder in 2014. Jennifer practices primarily in the areas of tax, estate planning, asset protection planning and probate administration.
